The problem with having a job is that sometimes you're trying to listen to GNX front-to-back to celebrate its Grammys win but then you have. Meetings.

The problem with working on a Pokemon ROMHack and/or Pokemon fangame is that there are several many artistic and technical disciplines to learn, which are all equally fun and interesting, and then I get The Anxiety sitting down to work on one because I can't also be working on the others.
Playing Pokemon Lazarus on hard and it's very fun, but I'm incredibly confused by the choice to give out a free Lucky Egg in a game that also has a level cap you already hit WAY before you reach each gym.
(I assume the intent is to level other things... but I don't want to???)

Blow it up yourself first. I make art that's 96x96 base but I usually resize to 384x384 before posting here (and most other places) and that looks much better.
Finished Metroid Prime 4 recently. While it has some flashes of brilliance, it feels like it has a Surf Dracula problem. Most of the plot of the game feels like setup, and none of it is exciting enough to guarantee we'll actually get another game made to give us the payoff.

Sometimes I think I might be good at Teamfight Tactics. Then I play ranked and I remember I am dogwater. For now, I will bask in the glow. #tft
I'm 60% thru MP4 and I now have more opinions. Enemy variety sure is awful and the world feels far less interesting than MP1.
MP4 does have flashes of brilliance tho, e.g. while Ice Belt can't hold a candle to Phendrana, its story is still GOOD and turning on the generator is a high-impact moment.

Hello these are gorgeous but why is the 8 on the eight ball not the 8 on the die????????????????
I'm about an hour into Metroid Prime 4: Beyond so far, and at the very least I can say it feels like a return to Prime 1/2 rather than a continuation of the much weaker Prime 3. The "psychic" stuff fits fine.
Also, Myles Mckenzie does not bother me in the slightest.
I am also not into using recolors as evolutions :)
