As we pray this night, for the Church of England and all who have been subject to abuse by and within it.
power and privilege should seek humility not ego. Non of this easy, but only by being open, honest and transparent about the harm that has occured can healing begin and the church honestly and earnestly seek to live out Christ on earth.
The Church of England needs transparency concerning it's workings, particularly those of Safeguarding, where failure seems to prevelent.
Additionally in seeking to be a reflection of God, of Christ those in positions of authority,
