After a busy week of caucusing, it was great to get back out and about this weekend! We had a really engaged group at our Coffee with Killin in NE Colorado Springs and then did some Women’s History Month artistry at the Paint and Sip hosted by Women of Impact!
Noem is FINALLY out! But it is too little, too late – I called for this long ago. We need accountability and the prosecution of all ICE agents who have broken the law.

What a weekend in El Paso County! First, at the Indivisible candidate meet and greet, where so many thoughtful, engaged voters came to hear from candidates. I also attended the Celebrate Her fashion show to support Sue's Gift, a Colorado-based nonprofit supporting patients with gynecological cancer.
I had the opportunity to tour InterQuest Ridge last week, a housing development that is both high-quality and affordable. We discussed the barriers to building and accessing affordable housing and what can be done at the federal level to address this critical need in our community.

We got some big news last week! The national Democratic Party added CO’s 5th Congressional District to its targeted list for the first time in history.
This support affirms what we’ve been seeing on the ground here in El Paso County: we CAN and WILL flip this seat together and unseat Jeff Crank.
