Americans are dying so that Kushner can make money
COVID-19 vaccines are widely regarded as the most scrutinized medical products in human history, based on the scale, speed, transparency, and intensity of their evaluation.
When my bank account hits infinity
Also frustrating as a Quebecer to see what we've been suffering for over a decade is only a crisis now that it's happening elsewhere in Canada, too.
Seriously I'm so tired of this passive voice framing, as though the hospital bed crunch and the dearth of home care and primary care resources were some sort of natural disaster.
The people we elected made this choice. Over and over again. For decades.
The emerging cases of AI psychosis have shown that all it takes to drive some people completely insane is to put them in contact with a sycophantic chatbot who always agrees with them.
Now, what does that tell us about billionaire CEOs surrounded by sycophantic people who always agree with them?

Maybe this is a naive question but why don't more foster parents let their kids stay beyond age 18? I understand they're no longer getting $, but they could at least let them crash on the couch. I keep hearing of foster kids leaving seemingly loving homes on their 18th birthdays
I need this in audio. Maybe just call me and start reading?
I was in a 2 hour briefing today on the Iran War. All the briefings are closed, because Trump can't defend this war in public.
I obviously can't disclose classified info, but you deserve to know how incoherent and incomplete these war plans are.
1/ Here's what I can share:
It's like that idiotic comment from RFK jr about eating cheaper cuts of meat, as if poor people are buying sirloin.
How many kids have to die before these idiots will admit they're wrong?
California boy dies of SSPE (measles complication) after being infected at age 7 months, when he was too young to be vaccinated.
This dead-eyed cretin is effectively illiterate, but if anyone ever pressed Donald Trump or Elon Musk like this in an interview, they would sound exactly the same
You know what pisses me off about the announcement by Oz and Makary, now disproven, that leucovorin could treat autism?
Itβs the false hope given to people with autism and those who love them.
If youβve ever had a kid with a complex condition and youβre desperate for help, you are vulnerable.
they brought back fucking polio
Prasad also made collages of doctors wearing masks to shame them and spread doubt and mistrust.
Thatβs the professionalism and maturity he brought to the table.
Like clockwork.
It's almost .... almost like the people screaming for decades that measles is bad weren't evil big pharma shills
There is a lot to unpack here

The only excuse for policies that promote women having more children AND restricting immigration is racism
Happened in Canada. A man who spoke no English flew in from E. Europe. His mom said meet in baggage, not knowing it's restricted. She asked them to page him but speaker was broken in his area. No one would go and check. He waited hrs w/no food & got disoriented. Eventually tazed to death

The possibility exists that she thought he was in distress and thought the police would help him.
Please read this article to the end. Even before ICE got involved, this started because this *blind man who speaks no English and uses a curtain rod as a walking stick* got lost on a walk and some Karen called the police on him and they tasered and beat him bc he didnβt drop the rod. WTF
Source: catmat on Tumblr Can we just take a second to acknowledge how absolutely traumatizing and terrifying it is to lose your health? Feeling yourself decline, not knowing if you'll get worse, but knowing the permanency of your new reality, is scary. Often we don't hear about the fear that comes along with health decline. We are praised for being strong and for enduring so much. We try to keep going despite the terrifying feelings of knowing there is no going back from this. There's a lot of trauma we face, a lot of grieving, and a lot of repressed fears. So I'm just here to say that these feelings are valid and you're not alone.
