Oh cool! I just now realized that each one has a team up card and a card for each character individually!

To all Magic #Vorthos out there who are also creative cooks I am looking on help to bounce meal ideas for my Strixhaven Cafeteria meal project. I specifically would like to bounce ideas for Lorehold and Prismari.
Who has two thumbs and ordered Squid Ink? This guy! π¦
Ugh I just want to play Magic and read Magic lore and make Magic related food π
Woman's hand holding a copy of Strixhave: Omens of Chaos in a cozy living room.
It's here! It's in my hands!!!!
But you can still win your own copy on Seanan's blog (and be cooler than me, because yours will be signed and come with stickers...)

She had the lair, from the earlier convention release, and the cards looks gorgeous! It was super fun and looked great so two great reasons to pick it up π
The one and only time I have played was against Kathleen De Vere at Spotlight Eclipsed Toronto and I have since been excitedly waiting to pick up the DandΓ’n lair so I can bring it to my families cottage vacation this summer!!
Thirty years ago, Nick Floyd created a wildly popular two-player Magic format played with a single shared deck. Now, Secret Lair is bringing our own take to the table β transforming DandΓ’n into a deck of our own, coming soon.
Jaws has been the most deadly deck I built in the last year, so I am excied to see Chase play their version on this episode!
Todays random ground card is Caterpie!
Braid of Fire is such a unique card design and fun to build around to use the mana!
I wonder if @seananmcguire.bsky.social would have any insight on any Strixhaven/Arcavios food items that I could cook up prior to next month?
Are you ready to SLAY? The one and only @gavinverhey.bsky.social joins the Spell Slayers for their premiere episode! You don't want to miss this: www.youtube.com/watch?v=Iqmm...

I want to serve them up on a tray and have them look like cafeteria (or to go) meals.
For Lorehold I am thinking a practical box lunch that you could take on field research, sandwich and thermos of soup; Prismari I want a dish with bright colours and bold flavours, but have not settled on a specific idea yet. 2/
Okay planning a menu for Strixhaven cafeteria meals. I want to do a squid ink orecchiette for Silverquill and like a glass of wine; mushroom stew, crusty bread and herbal tea for Witherbloom; Quandrix I want a meal with geometric shapes, a slice of battenburg, black coffee and fiddlehead salad 1/
Okay but I think I want to cook up Strixhaven Cafeteria Meals for each of the five colleges
I always am thinking about questions like "how has the opening of the Omenpaths affected culinary practices across the multiverse?" or "As one of the dominant political forces how has Ravnican coffee been adopted by other planes?"
βHeβs been living in my garage since shortly after we shipped Dominaria in 2018, and heβs nothing like how we portray him in Magicβs story.β
My first article for @commanders-herald.bsky.social is up, in which I report a shocking piece of news* about one of Magic's most beloved classic characters. Give it a read!
Reading @seananmcguire.bsky.social's Omens of Chaos and being struck by how much planar world building she is giving us here, stuff that the lore fan in me has been desperately craving for ages.
The question I have is it a two Ral moment like two Liliana or is Ral replaced with Ral? Izzet Ral would be fascinated by these alternate versions showing up until he learns it is Jace's fault then he would be pissed
i bet this shit sounds magical if you're fucking stupid
A painting of a new Fyndhorn Elves Magic: The Gathering card. Two elves, a dark skinned woman in green robes and pale skinned male in green armor, are performing a magic spell in a forest. Vines that blossom with flowers spiral in towards the elves' hands as they cast their spell.
The same illustration as previous, but as a textless Magic: the Gathering Card, with a border labeling it as Fyndhorn Elves.
I had the honor of painting the 2026 Commandfest Promo version of the Fyndhorn Elves card! I will be at Commandfest in Tacoma, WA in July if you want yours signed! :) (and tentatively one other location but I'm waiting for official confirmation).

Dark academia painting of a young blonde woman wearing satin robes in black, silver and gold colors creating and manipulating a field of arcane energy with her hands while standing on an ornate balcony overlooking a victorian inspired fantasy city at night. Description is my own sorry if I got any of the world building stuff wrong
Cover art I painted for Strixhaven: Omens of Chaos
Was very excited today at my LGS as I found a really good Flying Men that I somehow completely missed for my Sita Varma deck! So nice little upgrade there!
Those are so freakin' cool!!
Mysterio Tsons sounds glorious!! π²
Snowy base will look cool, nice juxtaposition to the oily mechanical elements.
Finding forgeworld colour schemes can be hard, I was trying to find the look for Forgeworld Mezoa for a Kill Team because I liked their Heresy lore but could not find colour scheme
