It’s two weeks before Christmas but here in SC it’s 64 degrees. I have my window open, Christmas lights are on and I am listening to the sound of the soft rain outside. With so much chaos and uncertainty in the world, little soothing moments like this are a balm for my overwhelmed nervous system!
There is much focus on promoting light. We don’t want to see and acknowledge our shadow side. But this life is all about duality. And for women there is power in embracing the darker parts of who we are. Many want us to focus on the light because it keeps us from our power and from being whole!
I love the focus on witches in the media this year! From Agatha All Along to Wicked, the witches are rising. And I particularly love that it hasn’t been about the old hag persona, but these witches are beautiful, powerful, strong and sensual! And they’ve given us some great music too! 🎶 #witchsky
