The garbage can has a lid which we thought was enough, but now it's behind a baby gate. Nothing's left on the table or counter.

There's a chance she got something outside on a walk, she loves eating snow, but...yeah, idk. Either way, I'm exhausted but so damn happy. Just had to share 💕

So we're not sure what she got into—she's fast, and even though she has a good 'leave it' anything in her reach still ends up in her mouth—but thankfully the special powder on her food made her better.

Very expensive lesson for everyone in the house to make sure to be extra vigilant. 3/

For walks once an hour. I had her on rice and chicken and it didn't help much. Plain oatmeal was a bit better, and pumpkin is now her new favourite food, but while the odd times she's had a yucky tummy before it passed in a day or so, this time was different.

Honestly, once I know the characters, it's their story and I'm just along for the ride. I've written over fifty books that way, and it works out well for me. I enjoy the story along with them (sometimes more than them, because I write dark).

What good is it doing to be in the room? Of course it's optics, and those are important. One voice saying 'This isn't okay and it's not normal' can wake up those who've gone numb.

There are good people out there and it’s important to share their stories.

I love them in any format, but due to space, I have hundreds in storage and most that I read are digital.

I’ve been a published author for about 16 years, I’ve published A LOT of books. More ebooks sell for me than print, but more and more people are starting to want physical copies.

I don’t think algorithms and AI are the same? I know AI as it exists now is born from a mix of algorithms and scraping, but on it’s own, algorithms is pretty harmless and needs real human interaction for it to mean anything. I could be wrong, though.

I think, among many other things, the importance of people not working in poor conditions, with little benefits, just to survive needs to be highlighted. Competition in companies that need workers, and can no longer abuse desperate people, would be a huge shift.

For the first time in…yikes, I can’t even remember…I went out to do something just for me.

Went to the Stray Kids DominATE movie. They had an early showing and I didn’t want to wait!

This is the second time in my life I’ve gone to a movie alone. Feels a bit weird at first lol

But sooo worth it!
