I can’t believe how low I feel.

And that sucks sometimes. I miss hanging out with people.

Last night I had a nice time but I felt socially awkward and after mailing my old friend saying thanks for the night out he just left me on read. It made me feel like actually he didn’t really want me there

I sometimes feel like if I just never bothered to check in with people maybe they would just forget about me all together. I live in Japan, I have my wife and kids and that’s perfect. But I feel like I have no real friends here.

I understand people are busy and have lives but so do I. I still try and check in on people because I know how shitty it is when you feel like you have nobody who cares.

I hate feeling like I’m just pushed out or forgotten about even if I have been a constant for people
