They know it could derail their careers.

They know it could disable them.

They’re practicing self care and community care.

One thing I’ve learned that is that arguments in favor of something that does measurable harm to your community — using genAI, skipping vaccines, not wearing masks — are generally not reasoned or based in science or even deeply held beliefs.
