Ran out of space to type but what it says in the top left is “パリッと おいしい”
Which would be pronounced as “pari tto oishii” with a small pause before the “と” which is just telling you that it’s crunchy and tasty lmao

The small “つ” is always a glottal stop where there is a pause in word. These are mostly shown in English with double letters more common in British English specifically on the “tt”. words like “foot” or “cook” also have it in the middle of the word. Also the “bo'le o' wa'er” some people make fun of😂
