Isn’t that why we have pen names though? 😅
Before I started getting more into the scene I had no idea what many of my favorite authors looked like.
I would say though, if you’d like to be a known author I’m not sure you can get by without revealing your identity in the social media age.
I can certainly understand some people not wanting to have their real face on their socials. Some people are just private like that.
I would love to be on the list! Following now.
There seem to be LOTS of accounts that are literally just ChatGPT either impersonating someone or just generating straight up AI content. I guess that's the price for open source twitter. Dangerous for the uninformed though.
