Work very hard on the thumbnail and whatever gets seen in the promotional sections of Kickstarter. Pay extra for a good piece of art if you need it. One that looks good at small size AND tells everyone with one image what they're getting.

I didn't quite follow the rules of the game, but it's a thoroughly great theme for a story. Somewhat like, but also entirely unlike, Company of Wolves.
