Happy 1 Year Gotchaversary to this man, who saved my life last year. I don't want to get too deep into what it's been like loving this medical miracle for the last 12 months. He's gone from 6 meds down to 2, & will hopefully have his dental surgery this year to improve his quality of life even more.

Definitely! I have tons of days where my brain simply cannot fathom prepping an entire meal. When my partner travels for work I tend to batch cook and repurpose leftovers or just buy bagged salads & add whatever needs using up from the fridge. There are tons of options which aren't flavorless slop!
