In Ternopil, rescue crews have been clearing the rubble for a third day after a Russian strike: 16 people are still being searched for.
As a result of the enemy attack, 28 people were killed and 94 were injured.
All night, rescuers worked in Ternopil, and search-and-rescue efforts are still ongoing. Over 230 responders from nine regions of Ukraine are involved. In some areas, they can work only by hand due to severe destruction and debris, which slows the search.

Every time I see how my hometown Kyiv is being attacked and destroyed by the Russians, I feel as if Iβm being scratched by a thin knife, pierced by a thick needle. Iβm telling myself it doesnβt matter what I feel β as long as people are alive. But my city is alive too, so it hurts every time.

No, Iβm not too emotional. Iβm alive and Iβm Ukrainian. Oh, this beautiful combo.
Itβs one of those days when I canβt hold myself together. Injured defenders of Ukraine, these wonderful women and men with prostheticsβ¦ killed children, entire families. Abandoned elders without homes. Those whoβve lost everything. Tons of such news and stories in my feed every day.
But that doesnβt mean people with courageous hearts should stop. The truth is, they (we) can only rely on themselves, not on any highest values or βthe power of the world.β
Itβs unfair β the phrase Iβve been repeating for years. I appeal to the highest values, but no oneβs coming to balance the scales. Nobody will punish the evil. Itβs just a concept we made to keep society in line. In the end, itβs the powerless who suffer. And can anyone stop that? I donβt think so.
