Cooked something real for the first time in awhile despite a grueling work week.
Shrimp, chicken sous vide, potatoes, cheese tortellini, tomatoes, jalapenos, lots of hot sauces and spices, garlic, in an Irish cheese and garlic sauce.
Check out sword point. Classic. I wish they held their swords in anything other than a hammer grip.

My boy and I watch their videos for many many years. For at least five years I get him shirts and socks for Xmas. They are expensive but really well made.

Threw together chicken, fat cat hot sauce, spinach, rice noodles, lots of garlic, tortellini, jalapenos, diced up some small potatoes, bell pepper, handful of Mexican Costco cheese, tomatoes, and hot pesto sauce, and probably some other things I forgot.
Candide is a lot of fun.
