-never been a fan of the robotic sound of the early vocaloid stuff but there’s some songs where it’s a clear creative choice and i might not /like/ it but i have to respect it
-i’m a lot less mikuphobic than i used to be but i do still wish more of the really good producers branched out more

so far i’m 20 songs in though i’d need to polish them before i’d post them anywhere online

-i knew kenshi yonezu used to do vocaloid but god he was also one of the best, i’d heard matryoshka but sand planet goddamn

every now and then i get these impulses to try to expand my musical horizons instead of just listening to the same handful of albums but usually they’re a little less insane
