A day of joyous protest ended with senseless violence. The Constitution affords us the right to peaceably assemble and this shooting does not take away that right but only strengthens our resolve to stand against violence in all forms.

This is accurate. Millions globally and across every single state. 1,300 community protests. From hundreds to hundreds of thousands. We want MAGAs to gets their grubby hands off our democracy. And we want Dems to find their spines. And we're just getting started (again).

This is funny. And the serious problem with the NYT is it misinforms about reality. Not with inaccuracy so much as emphasis, perspective, and framing. That makes it a bad news source. Go to the Guardian, or Wired, or others/ independent sources. You don't need the NYT or LA Times, or WaPo.

I feel ya. We went to the protest in Anchorage Alaska and there were thousands and none of the news teams were there. Unbelievable!
