I have never been so utterly exhausted and I definitely have zero spoons. I’m begging and also grateful for any amount of sleep and any amount of pain relief gifted to me.

I cannot begin to describe the relief I feel knowing I was able to get up this morning at 7am and take a muscle relaxer, pain medication, and my cannabis tincture then crawl back into bed, knowing I don’t have to meet the demands of any commitments or people today-I can just lay here for a while.

Big same about no marches for me anymore. I am really happy you saw my post. I looked into the orgs putting it together and it seems legit. We will see! My back pain and spasms restarted this weekend too, its our stress that isn’t helping matters any. Hang in there 💜💜💜

IT'S NOT A SUICIDE HOTLINE FOR AMERICANS AS FAR AS I CAN TELL. Your friend here who sometimes remembers to fact-check looked up this number lots of you are sharing with this post, and found ""Trans hotline. Trans Lifeline Hotline provides peer support and resources for trans and gender-diverse people. Call: 1-877-330-6366. Youth and young adult helpline. Kids Help Phone is a 24/7 helpline available to anyone in Canada aged 5 to 29 who wants confidential and anonymous care..." Which is great, but not a suicide hotline for Americans, so far as I can tell. Another friend writes, "I confirmed that HHS (such as it is) DOES plan to eliminate services for LGBTQ youth who call the suicide hotline, planning to do this in October (not the whole suicide hotline). What I can NOT confirm is that Canada has made a special phone line available to the U.S. It seems that this is not true; or, at least, that the number in the post being shared is incorrect. The number given in the post being shared is already established as a Trans Lifeline in Canada. They are not staffed to take on all U.S. LGBTQ needs, and their system is likely not built to withstand heavy usage. That's why it's important to confirm; we don't want to crash a crucial service to Canadian Trans people. (And you're right, if a caller does not identify as LGBTQ, no one could "spot" them, but, if their needs center on their sexual orientation or presentation, they would not be able to discuss that.)" There is not an a dedicated hotline yet coming from Canada for United States people to call for suicide. The number being shared is for Trans support. Let’s not cause a problem for that and let’s please fact check things.

No appointments were available till today and in Maryland they can’t just send scripts. I finally got refills today. I finally feel some relief. These barriers to care are unacceptable and harmful to patients. My doctor felt so bad for me. I thought of Jim this can’t happen again. Ever.

My pain medication prescriptions ended 5 days before my scheduled follow up with my pain management doctor. When I tell you I’ve experienced hell in a true form I’ve been in the most pain enduring the most trauma.
