‘Flying Cars’ Will Take Off in American Skies This Summer The federal government announced a new pilot program designed to get new kinds of ultralight vehicles and “eVTOLs” up and running around the country—even if they’re not fully FAA-certified.

Samsung has stuffed so much AI in these S26 phones, but Samsung Keyboard's voice dictation mode still can't turn me saying "comma" into actual punctuation, and constantly struggles with getting what I'm saying right. 😭

Samsung says it's filming the entire Unpacked event with Galaxy S26 Ultra phones. Apple has done the same with the iPhone during its September event.

Big bummers: still no native Qi2 magnets (you need a case). And no silicon-battery tech. Two of the cameras on the Ultra specifically have wider apertures but that's about it on hardware changes.

We don't often get new hardware innovation year over year in smartphones these days, but the new Privacy Display on the S26 Ultra is genuinely very cool.
