It certainly is and frustrating at times when making the most of a beautiful location won’t allow total freedom.

I walked through the forest to the beach and stopped to take in the view, a wonderful vista, and reminded myself that the time I spend on myself is not an idle indulgence but a reconnection with my true nature. Pause and reflect, a worthwhile thing to do.
