Berry is actually the Chief Director of the Time Space Administration branch of the United Earth Federation(newly formed branch) that patrols and manages time and space directives in which the other 3 branches can't handle or have jurisdiction over. Berry HATES her important position and job and the reason behind her childish behavior is simply she wants to escape from her responsibilities and wants to have fun like a kid. Despite Berry's hatred of the Federation's bureaucratic red tape and corrupt system, she chose to accept the position to avoid more sneaky power-hungry corrupt bureaucratic officials from being put into more positions of power. Do not be fooled by her childish behavior and demeanor, she can instantly destroy anyone who tries to take away Kokomi and those close to her, like a demon.
Kokomi is the trusted deputy chief and secretary of Berry who works and holds many jobs in the Time Space Administration Bureau branch. She suffers in "babysitting" Berry because Berry likes to escape her duties every day. Her jobs can range from surveillance, intelligence gathering, time distortion prevention, and time arrest on criminals that break temporal laws and directives. However, do not underestimate Kokomi as she is fiercely loyal, dedicated, and protective of Berry and she will not hesitate to destroy anyone who tries to harm her beloved chief.

Dr. Sylvie Akizuki is a proud and genius prodigy scientist who obtained massive amount of research from an AU Luther from another reality. Her childhood was filled with nothing but scientific research and solitary confinement which made her very cunning and eccentric but she did not let this get to her as she was obsessed in creating the "Ultimate Warrior". After obtained AU Luther's research, she begins her secret experiment on obtaining the perfect test subject for her ultimate goal. One such subject as Number 04, aka, Delta(Rita Bernal). However, her obsessive research has been foiled and interfered many times by Jona Basta. In lieu of this, she experimented and created a 20 man strong unit of pseudo Ultimate Super Soldiers, molded in her image and ideals(all of them having white silver hair). She continues in the shadows to one day achieve her absurd goal.

Her name is Abigail(or Abby as her nickname). She is a chaotic gambler who loves to cause madness by taking gambles and chances. In reality, she is an alternate reality of Delta who fell into chaotic madness from her own reality that killed her fiancé, her friends, and family were killed by Persona the Masked from another reality. She hunted down and defeated Persona but instead of sparing them, she gambled and destroyed them from existence. Now she crosses dimensions and other realities to find others at her level. Classified as an Apex(aka Apex Predator) which hunt downs Alpha and Omega level beings
