Our focus on Global is less about a narrow view on work from specific regions but more a recognition that journals need truly Global engagement!

Using Bayesian spatial modeling and hotspot analysis, I explore how public Wi-Fi hotspots are distributed across the city. While public Wi-Fi helps reach some marginalized communities, deployment patterns still follow commercial density and existing spatial inequalities.
