Verizon is worthless. You’d get better customer service from a grifter playing 3 card Monty
Called Verizon customer service and they claimed that the trade in is still “pending” and to call back in 1-2 billing cycles if it doesn’t show the trade in value I was offered
Verizon offered me $1000 to trade in my iPhone 14 Pro Max. After completing the trade in, they changed the trade in to $425 because my “current plan in ineligible” Verizon is the grimiest, scummiest, the worst. Can’t say enough bad things.
