the cherry head's been getting a lot of love lately, but sadly i don't see much for the tuni head. sucks bc i would love to see it get more stuff
i wanted to do stuff for it myself but couldn't get a hang of the hud scripts and such
i think my favourite anime head though is the cherry head - sure it's fairly old, hasn't been updated in forever, and is a bit awkward to get the hang of texturing wise at first, but the flat 2d textures on 3d head give it huge customization potential. same with the tuni head
the genus morphtoon heads (the standard ones anyway) have a really like... idk 'modern day final fantasy' look to them and i actually really dig it ngl
and the more anime looking ones are even cuter, it's nice to have more anime head options available
i know i lament this a lot but it really does suck that palmwood no longer exists. i know why it shut down and it was inevitable but i really do hope someone steps up and makes a new vaporwave furry sim (not even a full sim, i'd love even just a small hangout or mall or *something*
(and the thing about sex clubs - i'm no prude lmao i have nothing against those places and i do visit them but i just like to look at the avatars or builds people make, i don't really do erp stuff... at least not anymore)
(unfortunately apart from haven i can't think of a lot of furry places on sl currently that don't fit into the sex club or pure sandbox molds fdndffdnj)
(before anyone suggests it, i do go to haven! it's a very nice place <3)
i would love to see more furry hangouts on sl that aren't sex clubs or sandboxes
don't get me wrong i do visit those kinds of places but variety is the spice of life and all that jazz

If you have the Birdish/Birdish 2.0 fatpack, you can now update and have access to the blend file to make mods for the Birdish head.

what stung as well was that the only mods made for the head at the time were discontinued gachas and i had wasted linden on resold gacha tickets only to find that they don't work anymore
so that really pushed me to make my own as well
it's a shame the babyfangs worm (and store) doesn't exist anymore but i'll always thank it and the regalia for being the first things i had properly textured in sl
i think it's funny that the main reason i got into sl modding in the first place is bc a kit i liked (namely the babyfangs worm) didn't have any mods available for it at the time
so i took matters into my own hands and learned how to texture using the regalia as my base
