Still reeling from this wild free facial I got at an esthetics school. The instructor spent the entire time berating me for being on spironolactone/tretinoin ("your dermatologist doesn't know what they're doing"), using pimple patches, and coming in with "open wounds" (almost-healed acne). MA'AM.

Can already tell from the ~vibes~ that this is not gonna be a great meeting but you know what, I'm gonna get through it and things are gonna be okay. I'm allowed to be struggling even if others are struggling too.

I already know deep on my bones that we’re going to have sooooo many absentees at tonight’s workshop. (It’s a gorgeous snow though.)

Today’s gonna be a bear to get through BUT at least nannying family leaves for Disney tomorrow. Can’t wait to sleep in for a week!

When I go back home to visit my parents in rural VA I get to experience Poop on Egg. Not a huge fan!

My grandma’s house finally sold. It was bought by a single 24 year old, who put down $100k of her own in cash, and whose parents put down the remainder ($300k+) in cash. I can’t even comprehend what that must be like. Any of it. Just wow.
