I think it's mainly because the original creepypasta is just a stupid story without any of jc's disgusting behaviours projecting into the text, unlike later iterations of Sonic.exe, and most people know sonic.exe first because of the game who was made by someone who wasn't a terrible person

Eyes are very important
Meassure character heights by heads

Was at the grocery store and for some reason my brain thought up of the "WARIO WORLD REALISM MOD", in which fighting enemies in-game would cause a random person IRL to have a heart attack.
It was a hit with streamers and Youtubers until it became a criminal offense to play.
I like how you imply texture by using the same colors for the scarf, arms, nose n pipe, but having the wood arms have a shine to em with purple shades while the nose has only red shades n the scarf doesn't reflect light, plus the small line also add onto the texture while still being very readable

What makes you think that? I'm genuinely confused, you use color palettes in a nice way and your shapes are nicely defined, which are big elements in getting pixel art right
I think maybe you're just too stressed and putting down your art in a sort of manifestation of your frustrations
