Oligarchs, running the largest corporations in the world, pulling the strings of politicians since tje 2010 Citizen's United decision, and now in direct charge of the goverment, are dismantling the departments that regulates them. No conflict of interest here? Hmmm?

Laws and regulations are tiresome obstacles that stand in the way of business growth. If you worship business growth and unregulated profits (as anarcho-capitalists do), then it becomes very clear what is happening in our country right now.

It's also about right-wing ideology. Cuts are being directed toward the departments they have disagreements with. They have personal motivations and also obligations to their largest donars.

Elon Musk's donation of 290 Million to Trump and the Republican party was not a "donation". It was an "investment" with an expect return on that investment. Elon's role controlling the flow of money will provide him and his companies with billions in tax payer dollars!

No suprise that MAGA Republicans are at odds with each other. It was a stiched together coalition of different factions with their own agendaS. Trump fooled all groups into thinking he'd represent them when their interests were diametrically opposed. This is the Trump con-game.

Violence (not due to severe psychiatric imbalances) occurs when a person or group feels that they have no other choice, no other way to effect change. It’s usually a sad ending to long history of severe frustration.

Giving Thanks in Difficult Times:

It can be challenging to give thanks during difficult times. Yet, it is during difficult times that it is even more important.
