Denying gender affirming care is now going to be a condition for hospitals to receive Medicare and Medicaid funding. We need states and local governments to step up and ensure that no one will lose access. This will kill kids otherwise. Hospitals will not be able to serve ANYONE with Medicaid without this funding.
