A'ight enough people immediately hate the idea that I'll do the NPCs chapter instead.
Good to know!

Maybe if the left page is roll-tables and the right page is art/NPCs that might be cool, but then I'd need to do more quarter page drawings to have art and text on the same page.
If I make the roll table pages JUST tables, and have art on the NPC pages, I think it'd be easy to see that "Oh hey there's an elf with his dong out so I don't need this page" and scroll / flip right past.
Or I could just do an NPC chapter.
Had an idea, need feedback:
It's becoming popular to "scatter" NPCs throughout a GM's Guide so that there's always a quick NPC within reach. Thinking about doing this but with pages instead of blurbs.
So while you're roll-tabling, every other page is NPCs. Would that be annoying?
The Green Knights: Kill anyone with a job
The Grey Wizards: Give everyone a gun
The Faerie Godmothers: Kill anyone over the slightest transgression
The Wonderlanders: What if a little bit of slavery
So far V&Vβs factions range from βPsychotic Goodβ to βI Kinda Get It But What The Fuck Evilβ.
Great job guys!

The Green Knight is a half-feral Goblin that is a firm proponent of Goblinism, an ideology that eschews personal enterprise for communal enrichment. She leads a band of raiders that attack Guild caravans.
βIβm just doing my jobβ is often the last thing out of the mouths of her victims.
One of ours is a single bloke in a cape with a bin on his head.
And he's considered sensible and informed.
Genius.
This might invoke jealousy in countries with two or fewer political parties but here in western Europe there's a whole bouquet of useless wankers to align with.
*Creates a murderer with an ideology*
"Are you a communist?!"
While my fantasy setting about dead gods, rampant casual sex, near non-existent traditional family roles, the ability to change genitals at will, and the collapse of monarchy and government do allude to my obvious leftiness, no I'm not.
This one's a bit joyless for my usual offering but I do like her face & body shape. Maybe she has a cousin that's not as politically active.
Good idea, could make her immune to poison as a passive ability.
I was thinking of a particular Terry Pratchett quote when creating this little revolutionary.
The "big-tittied Goblin" part came naturally.
Mushrooms didn't take, I guess. I s'pose she's both self-actualised but remembers the social hierarchy of her feral progenitors.
Had a fun idea for Factions in that every one should come with a boss fight, so they can either be the heroes or the villains of your table.
In combat, The Green Knight mimics your partyβs abilities, able to do the move you just did on her, much like the story sheβs based on.

That parasitic mycelium fills you out nicely.
Awesome, great job!

Some people think wizards shout things like "Merlin's Beard" in times of distress, but these people haven't seen a wizard have a fireball go off backwards.
They tend to say things like "ow, fuck, my fucking arm, I fucking hate magic, bugger this, I'm off down the boozer".
(Drawn for an Adventure in the V&V book that entails a wizard accidentally casting a Bimbofication spell on herself.
A party of willing test subjects might help her remember the spells sheβs forgotten.)
There are plenty of wizards with perfect wobblers or a two foot softie, and even some that look vaguely attractive under the exhausted eyes, cigarette stink and tattooed reminders of basic social interaction.
But if a wizard looks gorgeous, somethingβs gone wrong.
Bunch of cuties, great job!
Sooooo, I am bad at keeping up with posting. @viceandviolence.bsky.social's ttrpg was brought to my attention recently, so here are three characters for that (The Relmer belonging my SO)
Excellent job guys! Excited to see how it turns out!

Thereβs lore behind that glass, not sure what it is yet but it shows up in windows and lanterns quite a lot.
Warm fuzzies.
