Ahaha have you ever seen Dan Olson's video on flat earthers? Partway through he concludes that most of them moved from flat-earth conspiracy right into Qanon: www.youtube.com/watch?v=JTfh...
I've never seen a wall so bombable in my life
I was thinking more like ADHD symptoms but sure that too
I saw somebody make tiny straw bed for an Onix and then the Onix curled up on it and that broke me. Ordered a copy
Philip Pullman said that anything that a child might encounter in their childhood is appropriate material for a children's story.
The Pokopia propaganda is getting to me so bad but I MUST resist til the end of the month for the next paycheck

Resolving not to change anything about how I am or how I live this year. It's the world that should change
Unfortunately no! The banjo is lost to time. My great-grandpa's upright grand piano is still in the family though!
Ok more info!! She played banjo in a local dance band in Menlo Park, CA. Everybody went out dancing in the 30s and 40s, my grandma said! My great-grandpa was a musician too, he played tenor sax in a dance band and the piano. And my grandma also said he fell hard when he first saw Millie :')
Thank you for this info about the banjo, I had no idea!
Truly! My grandma keeps this one prominently displayed in the living room
Right!! I've actually been trying to find contemporary sewing patterns for a similar dress to what she's wearing too. I think she's just so beautiful and stylish here
I actually don't know!! I've texted my grandma for more info. I should've been asking my grandma for more Millie stories for a long time
Thank you! I think so too! She died before I was born but from my grandma and great-grandpa's stories, she was really wonderful and talented
Photo of an old photo in frame. The photo in the frame is a black-and-white picture of a young woman in the 1930s leaning against a fence and holding a banjo
Please look how cool my Great-Grandma Millie was. I have GOT to learn the banjo
I think you would, Bridgerton never reaches the levels of camp Riverdale achieves. But Bridgerton serves its own purposes. When it does well it's got Yearning galore
Bridgerton society is really like, we unilaterally solved racism but don't you dare suggest we solve another -ism. ESPECIALLY not classism. We love that one
Omg nooo I didn't know they had them. But I saw the Dove soap collection they've got. Their marketing team must know no bounds
They could all be hand models for Tiffany & Co
To be fair though this is specifically talking about dinner so maybe the rules are slightly different for teatime. MAYBE.
When would a lady be ungloved? Even receiving, wouldnβt she be wearing gloves indoors? On the other hand, according to some articles on flirting Iβve read, ladies apparently took off their gloves at all times in order to flirt with their gloves. When, exactly β and in what circumstances β would a lady remove her gloves? When was it appropriate for her to use them in the βlanguage of flirtingβ ? When was it absolutely uncouth to remove her gloves? Almost all the etiquette rules state clearly that a lady should never dine with her gloves on (unless her hands were βnot fit to be seenβ). They typically would remove them upon being sat, pulling them off and lying them on their lap with a napkin placed over. Certainly a problem for messy eaters like myself (I fear I wouldβve never had clean gloves!) Most dinners would have finger bowls for cleaning the hands before placing the gloves back on, usually discreetly under the table.
Reading about Regency-era glove etiquette and I am vindicated. Considering the significance of a pair of gloves to the plot and as a symbol in this season they should've done more RESEARCH regrom.com/2017/05/16/r...
Please let it be known I'm having a good time. But also the show has become overstuffed, and I'm not getting enough screentime at ALL on the supposed main characters of this season
Take a shot every time somebody says "is it not?" and you'll be dead before an episode is over
