I applied for a Nexus card in Oct 2024. Still under conditional review. I dont believe I have any recourse for follow up/refund and unfortunately just ended up giving my info to the US Gov and donating the application fee.
As much as I dont want to see carriers lose their jobs I too get mail delivered directly. Unfortunately 99% of the time it's flyers and junk mail. Almost all important docs/bills I recieve are via email. The world has changed. This is the right move.
