I love how he speaks about how destabilizing for the region the regime is and then ignores how destabilizing it could be to just overthrow it
One could also try to limit semiconductor exports to Russia so they can't build advance missiles as fast, but the only way to do it effectively would require secondary sanctions and there's no appetite for that
