The usual Settings > Moderation page, but just under the "Content filters" section is the "Advanced" section, where the "Bluesky Moderation Service" lives. This is a button that leads to another, more-detailed page of moderation settings.
Here, you can find even more moderation settings to tweak to your preferences, including "Sexually Suggestive (Cartoon)", which isn't covered by Bluesky's primary "Sexually Suggestive" setting for whatever reason.
New users are recommended to check Settings > Moderation to get the best out of your browsing here, BUT there's a second layer that is easy to overlook!
On the Moderation page, scroll down to the Advanced section, where you'll find "Bluesky Moderation Service". More detailed settings reside here!
