Sunderland have agreed a fee worth up to €20million for the signing of Bayer Leverkusen’s Granit Xhaka.

The club are set to pay Leverkusen €15m up front with a further €5m in potential add-ons, with Xhaka set for a medical in the next 24 to 48 hours.
