Depending on material a silhouette/cricut could do the job but only cheaper if you already own one or know someone who does! For laser cutting Yeah laser and Bespoke Laser have a uv print and then cut option. Inkscape has a jigsaw extension to set up the svg/vector cut file if you need it.
