For me, I made great strides in my confidence when I started doing 5ks and realized my competition is me, not those around me. That was shaped by my CP since CP made me slower. Without CP, I might not obtain that same wisdom as fast or at all. #CPChatNow

It's probably a mix of age and CP. Let's face it. Not everyone grows to be comfortable with who they are. There are those adults who still won't do something they want to do because "What is so-in-so going to say?" #CPChatNow

I know when I moved in with my brother, there was a lot of adapting to my new environment. For example, higher bath tub? Start marching in place more to keep my legs' range of motion strong. #CPChatNow

I don’t know if it’s really CP or if it’s just once you reach a certain age, you’re not willing to put up with bulls*^* #CPChatNow I know a lot of people my age disabled and not who just don’t want drama in their lives. It looks a lot like being more comfortable in your own skin.
