I broiled tomatillos, romas, onions and serrano peppers. Then buzzed ‘em up w/ cilantro, garlic and lime.
Threw it in a pot w/ hominy, shredded chicken and stock.
Simmered, and finished with a squeeze of lime and tortilla chips
