A list of Incaseofgrace's 2025 projects. Each is paired with a representative image. GUTGUN This year, I finished GUTGUN! It took a lot longer than I'd anticipated, as life kicked me around a bit. But, I did it! A 130 page solo TTRPG written, illustrated, and laid out all by me! It's in print, even! It's also where I'm dumping poems and miscellaneous prose. The site's built as a wiki, and was used as a test to figure out how to make wikis generally, for future projects. You can find it here: blog.incaseofgrace.com APRA Website I launched a new website to host APRA's wiki and ARGs! With this, I also went over a bunch of the old assets and redesigned them. There's new background art, new sponsor logos, and a few retcons/edits. I even went back and did a proper vision document to ensure future APRA work is more consistent. (Hence the retcons) The new APRA site can be found at: apra.incaseofgrace.com Chimera Hearts Chimera Hearts is a volunteer network of TTRPG folk working towards various goals that aid the health & longevity of TTRPGs as a medium, a hobby, and an industry. I designed our logo, was one of the founding members, and still help as a moderator! Join us at: discord.gg/wNcdsJWMda ICoM I've been working on my own set of emoji as a side project! I'm filling gaps that the standard set lacks, and hoping to eventually cover a lot of the standard ground eventually, too. This is a low-stakes thing I'm working on as warm-ups and between bigger things, so it'll be a pretty slow drip. Art Style Experiments I've been experimenting with ways to make my art style easier on my body, so that I can Actually Make More Things. Every big piece was taking me literal months to complete, and that felt increasing less fun. So, I've been seeing just how much of my "stack" I can drop. This is ongoing!

The final row displays samples of writing work, which reads as follows: GUTGUN SDK This SDK serves as a collection of guidelines, advice, and tools to make custom content for GUTGUN, or your own FULL OF GUTS games. FREE WILL A-112, jokingly referred to by some as FREE WILL, is a dangerous entity both empowered and held back by one simple fact: they can only do as they're told. Fleshmeat A short poem. I can feel my "style" for poetry really starting to find ground, now. It feels nice! The final section, titled "GROWTH" displays 1 artwork from March, and 1 artwork from December.

While the numbers do look like they're on a downward trend, a lot of the things I did in 2025 were Big projects rather than a ton of teeny ones.
That, and, life did kick me in the ribs a couple times.

WILL is left alone in a room with two doors. --- PLAY 1- A player rolls a six-sided die, and narrates what choice WILL makes based on the result. Whatever the choice, WILL can accomplish it, no matter how impossible. With this in mind, you are given one directive: do not let WILL decide to leave. 1D6 - CHOICE 1: Physical 2: Emotional 3: Logical 4: Natural 5: Unusual 6: Magical 2- The narrating player then describes a new obstacle or other point of choice. 3- The die is passed to another player, and the cycle repeats. The game ends when WILL decides to leave.
