Noveria mission complete. I forgot how many side quests were involved.
My first playthrough I went in way too early and got my ass repeatedly handed to me by the Matriarch. This time it was easy peasy.
I also had completely forgotten about the rachni, so that was fun

playing #MassEffect1 yesterday & reminded of a narrative/ludonarrative disconnect in that game that I never hear mentioned; ie- most of the planets you visit are empty wastes w/an ocassional utility-shed type building for colonists. the mood that creates is rather squalid & depressing. #gaming
