Where were - most of - Q4 Pulse in Qs 1, 2 and - most of - Q3?! If they’d played that well throughout the game then it would have been theirs, but Lightning were both more consistent and more consistently strong, so could withstand the pressure when it eventually came. #netball #nsl2026

Showing promise towards the end of the first half but failing to follow through in the second seems to be Panthers’ curse this season. Mavericks never felt like they were under pressure and basically coasted to victory. #netball #nsl2026

Was going to say that Mavericks casually dominated the first half, but Panthers started showing more bite towards the end of Q2, although they struggled to land the supershots. If they can keep that momentum going into Q3, Mavericks will have to move up a gear. #nsl2026 #netball

Dragons felt a bit too hesitant, especially early doors, and even more so after a turnover. They often seemed to not know where to send the ball, and Thunder were easily able to take advantage of that apparent insecurity. #netball #nsl2026

What a final quarter! Very physical - too physical? - but Forest really pulled it out the bag. Strong play from both sides throughout, very defensive early on, and while Mavericks will prob feel a bit gutted, that was netball at its most exciting. #NSL2026 #netball
