After this & parting ways with Kris, Vamarius comes to a much bigger understanding with himself, his mons & the world around him.
With his friend N's wisdom & Zinnia's guidance... it had shaped Vamar in becoming something new, somsthign better than he once was.

After defeating Deoxys, Vamarius return back to earth & back to Sky Pillar. He reclaims his mons & gets a letter form Zinnia by Whismur (Aster).
After that, he spend the rest of the day with Kris & reluctantly participate in the Space Center event.

After the battle, Vamar proceed to finish was Zinnia started. He leaves his mons behind, suits up innthe Magma suit & takes off to intercept the Meteor.

After besting & capturing Rayquaza, Zinnia requests that she faces him whole he commands Ray in battle.
He accepts as he grew to treat her as his equal. Thus they battle & he granted her the chance to face her savior in his Mega Form.

About Rayquaza being the savior, the origins of Sootopolis & Ray being the 1st to Mega Evolve.
