I am now very comfortable with silicone moulds, resin and fibreglass. I feel able to make more case moulds. So though the process has challenged my sanity. It has been worth it.

The outer shell has begun! I went for fibreglass and silicone over plaster for longevity and weight.
Today we covered each block mould in clay then got half the fibreglass done.
Finishing off tomorrow.
