‘Star Wars: Fate of the Old Republic’ Gets Studio Art Director The forthcoming _Star Wars: Fate of the Old Republic_ game has proceeded just a little bit further into development, as the title has received its Studio Art Director. **Pascal Blanché**, a longtime fan of the _Star Wars_ franchise, has revealed his involvement with _Fate of the Old Republic_ via the following post on **BlueSky**: > “Super excited to announce that I started a new position as Studio Art Director at ArcanautStudios, where I joined forces with Casey Hudson and his amazing team to work on the next epic Star Wars: Fate of the Old Republic! #swfotor“ Blanché wrote on his Instagram profile that the original _Star Wars_ was an instrumental influence on him as a creative, so _Fate of the Old Republic_ is likely a dream come true. His previous body of work includes creating art for the video games like _Myst IV: Revelation_ , _James Cameron’s Avatar The Game_ , _Runescape_ , _Far Cry: New Dawn_ , and _Meet Your Maker_ , along with the film adaptation of _Aquaman_. Another creative involved with the upcoming RPG is none other than _Star Wars: Knights of the Old Republic_ director Casey Hudson, who will return to direct the spiritual successor to his original _Star Wars_ RPG that he developed with BioWare back in 2003. _Star Wars: Fate of the Old Republic_ is currently in development for PC and consoles. Details on the new title are scarce, but it appears that the game is built around the player’s choice to follow a path of light or to follow a path of darkness, much like its spiritual predecessor, _Star Wars: Knights of the Old Republic_.
