#Simplicity #vintage #1950s pattern 00582 is finished! I’ll definitely make the belt longer in the next iteration since this one is too short to tie a bow. I suspect that’s one of many differences between the original pattern and this reprint.
Anyway I’m off to my next vintage #sewing adventure. :)

I didn’t have any fusible stay tape for the shoulder seams so I improvised and used whatever I had at hand.
It’s not perfect and quite bulky, so let’s call it a design choice: add triple topstitch in this bold colour
