Gerald von Riva zieht im Kampf am Gegner vorbei und enthauptet ihn. Der Kopf des Banditen fliegt durch die Luft. Der Himmel ist blau mit leichtem Wolkenzug. Die beiden Kämpfer sind umgeben von Nadelbäumen.
Der Hexer Gerald von Riva steht in einer Hütte. Vor ihm das Bild drei Blutverschmierter Frau. Die Muhmen des Buckelsumpfs. Die Herrinen über Velen. Die Hütte ist düster und nur durch eine Vielzahl Kerzen erleuchtet, die vor dem Bild stehen wie ein Altar. Zudem hängen Hirschköpfe an den Wänden. Die Decke ist aus Stroh. Aufgeribbelte Seile spannen sind aus den Ecken zum Bild hin.
Der Hexer Gerald von Riva reitet auf die kleine Festung Krähenfels zu. Vor ihm eine Brücke die zur Anlage führt. Der Himmel ist Wolkenverhangen.
Der Hexer Gerald von Riva trapt auf seinem Pferd langsam durch das Marschland von Velen. Der Himmel ist klar. Einzelne Vögel ziehen ihrer Wege. Ein Baum ragt rechts ins Bild. Am Horizont sieht man dichte Baumreihen und die Silhouette der Festung Krähenfels. Leichter Schornsteinrauch steigt in die Luft. Es ist ein sonniger Tag.
