Let us be very clear - requiring ID to vote would be okay if 1) ID was free, 2) the government made sure everyone got that ID hand delivered, 3) ID was required for everyone; 4) people got to choose the name on ID. Probably other stuff…anything else is an unconstitutional #polltax
