Und Zitrus-Schale ist voll super um damit Sirup zu machen!
Ca. 1:1 Zucker und Wasser verrühren, aufkochen mit Zitrusschale (2 Gr. Zitronen für 1l). Etwas Zitronensäure nach Wunsch.
