Smart eSIM removed 2G/3G selection options but Globe eSIM still has them. iOS 26 update or carrier choice? 🤔

So the question for the future isn’t going to be about encryption at all. It’s going to be about who “owns” these agents, or more specifically, who has the right to ask them questions. Is it only you? And how do we ensure that?

ios 18 pro-tip! if you answer the phone like i do (why? i’m unsure) and it’s a spam/scam call, hit this magical button when they start talking.
the second they hear “this call is being recorded”, they hang up!! 3/3 for me so far.
and if they don’t hang up, you get a free transcript of the scam!

5G for Smart and Globe now works on Pixel phones it seems
Been using my Smart SIM on an Android phone and the SMS Spam gets filtered really well. I hope iOS 18 brings something similar.
