Forever grateful to @univnebpress.bsky.social and @court8961.bsky.social for making this book a reality.

News & Reviews Reviews Baseball Review in Journal of Sport History: "It is rare to find a book that condenses hundreds of scholarly monographs and journal articles, adds a few new or underutilized primary sources, and tells a familiar story with a level of specificity that makes it feel just a little new. Steven Gietschier’s Baseball: The Turbulent Midcentury Years is that kind of book."

A Conversation with Bailey Gaylin Moore - The Sunlight Press For someone to slow down and read your book and to feel a connection with you, it's kind of ineffable how that makes you feel. It's overwhelming and it's super humbling.

"I realized that the biggest overarching theme was ontology . . . I think foundationally, that’s what all writers are trying to figure out," writes @baileygaylinmoore.bsky.social, author of THANK YOU FOR STAYING WITH ME in an interview with @thesunlightpress.bsky.social.

Instrument, Surface, Setting, Story: An Interview Series on Creative Tools and Spaces with Bailey Gaylin Moore "I frustrate myself because the answer is yes, to all of it. And also: absolutely not. Get the fuck out of here."

I had so much fun talking shop (Staedtler pens and @moleskine) with
Elizabeth Austin. This interview series is softcore pornography from writers—highly recommend 💜

My upcoming collection has a section navigating how to mourn a nation, written between 2016-2020. After Biden took office, I worried these essays had become dated and struggled with whether I should include them in the book. Unfortunately, my biggest fear happened: the essays became relevant again.
