There is nothing to accept. Every grown man and woman is free to love who they love regardless of age,gender,race,status&there should not be a stigma associated with couples who have an age gap.You mentioned he could have chosen an older woman. Why is it ok to choose an older but not a younger one?

I saw it and enjoyed it but then I am a Chris Evans fan so i might be biased lol. It is a bit long but it was sweet, enjoyable with a great message. It is more of an action-adventure Christmas movie. Critics hate it but audiences gave it a A- and a 90% recommend on Rotten Tomatoes.
Chris Evans is not a Zionist and this picture is from 2016 when he was on a USO tour, so nothing to do with Gaza. This is also not a real bomb, just a shell/training aid for EOD, soldiers in charge of stopping bombs, so to save lives and not to take them. Please don’t spread misinformation.
Admittedly, he’s not made great choices lately and is in a bit of slump career wise. Hoping he bounces back with his new projects though. He is my favorite actor.
They are all exclusively theatrical movies with great writer-directors and co-stars. Interesting roles in original and smaller movies, but not necessarily safe choices. I think Evans is at a point in his career where he just does whatever interests him rather than what he thinks will do well.

People say that but as a fan of his, i think he actually doesn’t, at least that is not the only consideration. He made Red One because he wanted to make a Christmas movie. He seems to like original movies that remind him of movies in his youth and the chance to work with specific co-stars/directors

Red One was ridiculous, funny, and exactly what I needed, exceeding my expectations by far.
The plot was believable for a Christmas movie, it has the lore I love mixed in, bearded Chris Evans, fantastic acting, and good holiday fun.
10/10 for what I’m looking for to escape.
